Photos and Videos can be sent any way you like, but by default:

Do you have to be licensed to operate a drone for commercial purposes?
Yes, you need a Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to fly a drone commercially: The RPC demonstrates that you understand the regulations, operating requirements, and procedures for safely flying drones.
Real Estate Photo Shoot Prep Checklist
Exterior: Front & Back
- Vehicles & Clutter:
- Remove cars from the driveway and ask neighbors to move theirs if visible in the frame.
- Clear personal items from patios, porches, and garages.
- Cleaning & Arrangements:
- Close windows, sweep walkways, and remove any debris.
- Stow seasonal décor, tools, and toys.
- Arrange deck furniture, clean pool areas, mow the lawn, and turn on exterior lights.
- Declutter & Clean:
- Remove personal items and general clutter.
- Open all window treatments to allow natural light.
- Replace burned-out light bulbs and ensure all fixtures work.
- Hide pet items such as bowls, beds, and toys.
- Remove excess furniture to create a spacious look.
- Vacuum carpets and sweep or mop hard floors.
- Surface & Storage:
- Clear all appliances and counters of unnecessary items.
- Store food, cleaning supplies, and other personal items out of sight.
- Organize pantry shelves and cabinets if visible.
- Dining Room:
- Tidy chairs and ensure they are aligned.
- Add a simple centerpiece to the table, such as a bowl of fruit or flowers.
- Bedrooms:
- Make all beds neatly with fresh linens.
- Clear bedside tables and surfaces of clutter.
- Tidy up closets and remove excess items.
- Bathrooms:
- Clean thoroughly, including mirrors and fixtures.
- Hang fresh, neatly folded towels.
- Ensure all lights work and keep toilet seats down.

- Presentation & Comfort:
- Arrange pillows neatly on sofas and chairs.
- Dust furniture, electronics, and shelves.
- Ensure all light fixtures are functional and adjust window treatments to optimize natural light.
- Organization & Neatness:

- Dust shelves and electronic devices.
- Arrange books or materials neatly.
- Basement:
- Organize storage areas and remove unnecessary items.
- Ensure the space is well-lit and free of dampness.
- Laundry Room:
- Clear laundry items from view.
- Wipe down appliances and ensure the area is tidy.
- Arrange detergents and supplies neatly on shelves.
- Upon Arrival:
- I will make sure all lights are on and window treatments are open before starting. I will straighten little things here and there and but will not move furniture or clean. Generally speaking, I will shoot the property as-is, so ensure all preparations are complete.
- Share any “home quirks” or unique features to highlight during the shoot.
- House Vacated:
- It’s best to vacate the home during the shoot to minimize distractions.
- Lock-Up Instructions:
- Provide a key or instructions for securing the property after the session.
